Q: Is there one large bottle in it or small bottles?

submitted by Jennifer Truong - 8 years ago
  • A: Indeed, 2 separate identical 12 oz bottles (which 12 oz of contact solution is a pretty big bottle--for sure the standard large size) Great value! High quality solution at the best price!

  • A: It depends on which size you purchase. 24 fl oz is two separate 12 oz bottles; 12 fl oz is one bottle. Only one contact lens case is included with either size.

Q: Is it okay if I use this contact solution to put my contacts on, like regular contact solution on my eyes? Or is this solution only meant for storing contacts only?

submitted by Jaeden - 4 years ago
  • A: Hi! Thank you for contacting Bausch + Lomb. Regarding your question on whether or not the Target Up & Up Clear comfort Multi-Purpose solution can be used directly in the eye. The solution is only indicated for cleaning, storing and rinsing of soft contact lenses. If the quest is looking to have an eye drop to put in their eyes, we suggest they speak with their doctor to provide a suggestion for a rewetting drop We hope you will continue to use and enjoy our products. If we can be of assistance in the future, please contact us via the Internet at www.bausch.com or call us directly at 1-800-553-5340.

  • A: Yes, I put a drop or two in my contacts, just before putting them in my eyes, and it works just as if you put plain saline solution in the contact. I remember the days of plain saline and those little bottles of cleaner.

  • A: Use Borax, it’s much cheaper. Search borax white glue slime recipe. It’s the boric acid that is in the contact lenses solution that makes the slime.
