The Chardonnay contributes the wine's bright, elegant citrus tone, while the Pinot Gris adds an appealing stone fruit character that enriches the wine's texture and flavors. Our Blanc de Blancs displays complex aromas of lime, sweet Meyer lemon and golden apple. Crisp and focused on the palate, its bright citrus, apple, peach and brioche flavors persist throughout a long, mouthwatering finish. This wine is a perfect match with oysters, calamari and salads.

Easy drinking champagne
This is a great California “champagne” the taste is nice and crisp and it’s a beautiful bubbly look in the glass without being too overpowering with carbonation or taste. It’s great for summer!

Sparkling and bright white wine
The sparkling wine is excellent, the bubbles are the perfect size for mousse. The flavors are accentuated by the bubbles. The flavors are citrusy and a bit of toasted bread.

A perfect pairing!
My partner and I were thrilled to enjoy this with our Friday night salmon and asparagus dinner. So crisp and refreshing with a hint of berries, fantastic!! We always buy blanc de blancs when we visit Napa Valley because we can't get it in NC and to have the reserve was just so special.

Vintage Blanc de Blancs from Mumm Napa are always our favorites. We love the toasty, citrus and apple notes, the small and lively bubbles and the full mouth feel.
