Description
Mumm Sparkling Wine Cuvée M appeals to wine aficionados who prefer a touch of sweetness. This sparkling wine showcases the powerful, ripe fruit flavors of California with naturally sweetened fruit. The result is a soft, elegant, sparkling wine featuring a graceful stream of fine bubbles, a lovely peach-rose hue, and white and yellow stone fruit that are complemented by notes of wild strawberry, fresh cream, biscuit, vanilla and honey. Layers of ripe peach with subtle hints of sweet orange combine with crisp citrus tones, leading to a long, creamy finish. A few selected lots are fermented or aged in oak to add depth and a hint of spice to the blend. The wines are yeast aged for an average of 16 months, adding flavors of biscuit, bread dough, white blossoms and mocha. Disgorged as a Sec style, Cuvée M's final blend is enriched with a proprietary blend of late-harvest Muscat and Pinot Noir and rests another 3 months to fully marry the dosage with the base wine. This complex sparkling California wine pairs well with spicy foods or light, fruity desserts. It’s also an excellent choice for bubbly cocktails like a Mimosa or Spritz. Great as a gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sparkling is delicious! It has just the right amount of sweetness to it. It’s great on its own, but don’t be afraid to mix it into a mimosa or even your favorite red wine! The bottle is beautiful, and the cork was easy to open. At this price point, this bottle should be a celebration staple!

Crisp and bubbly without being too sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if this is the right product as there were several to select from and the type on the retention was different in two places. Anyhow… received free through Influenster for a review. This Mumm Cuvée sparkling wine was crisp and bubbly, had a clean sweet taste without being overly sweet. Honestly it is like pretty much every sparkling wine out there. But I would buy this one again if it were a choice.

It taste amazing definitely should be paired with a charcuterie board for sure ! The smell was top tier as soon as the bottle was open ! And the carbonation of the wine was just amazing at the end of the day !!!

A great tasting mimosa wine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bubbly and refreshing. Not dry at all which I appreciate. I was nervous to try this as I normally drink Stella Rosa but I think this is my new favorite. It does have a strong dry smell though it’s trickery. It’s a white sparking wine. I mixed it with cranberry juice for a breakfast mimosa.

This is my go to sparkling wine for everyday sipping. It’s nice and dry and has a great crisp flavor. This wine is at a very affordable price point. I really love the Mumm brand of sparkling wines. They are great for anytime. Highly recommend this and the sparkling rose.

This is not a bad bottle for the price. It lends itself nicely to champagne cocktails and mimosas. I prefer the Brüt but this will do the trick. It’s very affordable and won’t leave you with a headache
