Book Synopsis

You must be this tall...to DIE!

Tanith and her best friend are trapped overnight in a fantasy-themed amusement park where someone is killing the employees in the gruesome fashion of the original fairy tales! They have to unravel the mystery before they become the next victims and live never ever after...

Once upon a time, in a strange land called Florida, a masked psycho starts murdering cast members of the Storybook Kingdom theme park in ways identical to the gory original Grimms' Fairy Tales. Princess-turned-detective Tanith is the only person who can unmask the killer before she and her friends are all Dying Unhappily Never After!

Toon-themed terror from six-time New York Times bestselling writer Fred (Marvel Zombies) Van Lente, artist Chris Panda (Chocklit Shoppe of Horrors: Night Shift, Rom First Strike), and letterer Becca Carey(Radiant Black, Golden Rage).

About the Author

Fred Van Lente is a six-time New York Times bestselling comics writer, novelist and playwright whose work spans mysteries to historical fiction to superheroes to comedy. His thriller novels are Ten Dead Comedians, The Con Artist and Never Sleep. He is especially qualified to write Murder Kingdom because he spent a summer during college as a fry cook at an amusement park, although he has not, to his knowledge, ever killed anybody.

Chris Panda is a French illustrator and comic book artist who works as a cover artist and interior artist in a variety of genres, including science fiction, thriller, and horror. During the seven years he has worked as a comic book artist he has had the opportunity to work on such amazing licenses as Transformers, Star Trek, Micronauts, Rom, Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, and Archie. He has also developed multiple creator-owned books as well.

Becca Carey is a letterer and graphic designer who's worked on things like Radiant Black, Peacemaker, Rogue Sun, Black Cloak, S.I.R. and a lot more secret things in the works right now.
