These are very effective for catching mess! I thought they were overrated until I tried them. The only complaint is that the designs wash off super easily, so my Bee bib is more like… a scattered eyelash design.

I love that the silicone is sturdy enough that the pocket stands out from the bib and really catches food. We have bibs from a different brand that are much floppier and they hardly catch anything.
