A terrible script plagues an otherwise well animated film
The script is awful. The animation is fluid and nice to look at. But there's no interesting or good plot to supplement it. We're introduced to characters, and then four minutes later their arcs are complete and we move on to the next set piece. A letdown, considering how well written the television series is. What the show is able to do in a two part 44 minute episode this 100 minute movie fails to do.

Exceeded expectations for 5 year old
I bought this for a road trip as a new movie to keep my 5 year olds attention. Wow did this deliver! She wanted to watch it over and over again, she absolutely loves it!

My Little Pony
I ordered this movie for my granddaughter and we were so excited to watch it. Put it in the DVD player and it got hung up and just spun. Tried other movies and they worked fine so it was not my player. I also made sure it was not Blue-Ray. Anyway, I had to take it back to the store and exchange it for another one.

Great Blu-ray to a modern overlooked gem
My Little Pony: the Movie is a perfect example of a greatly animated film, based upon a great TV show. It is the overlooked motion picture of the year, because this wasn't made for critics, which most gave it bad reviews. However there are a few flows and problems along the way, but I won't spoil it. Overall MLP: The Movie gets a big thumbs up for me at this house.

Colors are not right
I bought this today & the colors are way off! It looks so weird. I thought my daughter changed the tv settings pushing buttons, but tv shows look completely normal. So disappointed!
