By far the best doc on National Parks for those that want to go deeper.

Loved how it is not your average, shows top tourist spots, National Park doc. It gives you history, off the trail stuff, things you would not see with only going to each park's highlights, and a fantastic folksie music the entire time. It has and still awakens something deep in my soul to get out there and enjoy nature like they do.
Didn't take me anywhere and there didn't see to be much in depth coverage of the parks in terms of many different locations.

Agree with steelstorms review. There's the sense that they are trying to describe their experience which, we should feel when we see the beauty of the picture but we end up seeing their' life and experience of it so it feels like looking at someone's Facebook instead of actually experiencing it oneself. What's worse is the story felt so incomplete and not very detailed.
Beautiful picture but it's overall horrible

If you are expecting anything like a Planet Earth or Blue Planet out of this you are dead wrong. It's supposed to be the same concept but it fails horribly, I felt like I was watching some kind of commercial. The soundtrack is pretty bad and the fact they followed some boring couple around for this took away from seeing the parks themselves. The 4k picture is stunning, it does have quite a few strange shots though which make the picture look convex at times. Unfortunately I just thought it was so bad I shut if off halfway through.
