This is my first time using Native’s Body Lotions, so I was super excited to see this Sugar Cookie version. Packaging is very nice with a lockable pump bottle. I love the gold metallic accents on the bottle. As soon as I applied it, I was able to smell the yummy sugar cookie scent! It truly smells exactly like a sugar cookie by combining a mix of vanilla, buttercream, and caramel. But it is definitely not an overpowering scent that will give you a headache. It’s the perfect warm, comforting, gourmand scent that lingers throughout the day. Now the lotion itself was easy to apply, absorbed quickly into my skin, spread easily, and feels amazing! My skin instantly felt so soft, smooth, hydrated, and moisturized. It lasted all day without needing to reapply, so it’s great for these winter months. This is the perfect dermatologist-tested lotion that’s great for your skin, and smells amazing!

I’m heartbroken. Every year I’m so excited for this to come out and I stock up every time. This year there’s something off about the scent. Normally it smells warm, sweet, sugary, edible. This year it smells weird. Nothing like previous years. Artificial, strange, off putting. Almost like glue or like another reviewer said, tire oil. I’m so sad. Native, please bring back the old formula. This was my all time favorite.

Sugar Cookie lotion smells so so good, like a vanilla sugar cookie!! The lotion is very moisturizing and makes my skin feel extremely soft. I love using it at night that scent just makes me relax and feel yummy and fall asleep. Then put more in in the morning and smell good all day!!!

It does not smell like sugar cookie at all, it has a slight sweet scent but that's immediately replaced by a weird bitter smell. The bitter smell is reminiscent of rubbing alcohol which is off-putting for a lotion to smell like. Unless I'm actively putting my nose to where I rubbed the lotion in, I don't notice the scent. Thankfully, that means I will still be able to finish this lotion up. However, I definitely wouldn't repurchase this scent.
