Description
Developed with dermatologists, CeraVe Hydrating Makeup Removing Plant-Based Wipes cleanse and remove makeup, even waterproof makeup, without disrupting the protective skin barrier. The pH balanced and gentle formula is also alcohol-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, and non-comedogenic so it will not clog your pores. The hydrating formula contains glycerin and three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) to lock in moisture and to help maintain the protective skin barrier. The 100% plant-based wipes are ultra-gentle on skin, the eye area, and lashes and are biodegradable in home compost.

How to Use:
• Gently wipe face with towelette, removing dirt, oil, and makeup. There is no need to rinse. Reseal pack after use. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• After use, place wipes into home compost to break down over time. Ensure that wipes do not contain non-biodegradable waste such as glitter or micro-beads. Wipes can make up to 10% of home compost.

It’s hard finding wipes for my sensitive skin (usually I have to buy a bottle of remover and use cotton balls because other sensitive skin wipes still irritate my skin), but I bought these for a trip and they worked pretty well. They removed my make up and my skin wasn’t super angry after using (I had to splash a little water on my face after using, though).

I usually use Cetaphil wipes, but decided to try these. Big mistake! The smell is disgusting, like rotten fish. Back to my Cetaphil wipes.

One of my go-to wipes and I’m happy that I am contributing to being eco friendly. The texture is nice and thick and I can feel that the dirt and make-up come off my face when I use these. One wipe is all it takes to use every morning and night. The scent is light and not too strong. My face is super smooth and shiny once I’m done.

These wipes remove my waterproof eyeliner. They work. They hydrate the skin.. but it can be oily. But they do work. They get all the gunk off your face. Especially when you rush to remove this stuff from your face.

They get the job done. Not really a smell. They get dry quick so you gotta use them up. I don't like how the towels have a weird oily feeling to them.. after touching them they leave your hands and face feeling oily. I might as well use water and wash cloth.

Did I get a bad batch or did the formulation change? I bought these once in September 2023 and liked them. Just bought them again in May 2024 and they smell awful, like fish or eggs or both. I don’t remember them having any smell before. Not sure I’ll be able to use the whole pack due to the smell. They’re also very expensive, so it’s unfortunate.
