I wanted something natural so thought I would try this. It took about two weeks for it to work and I am really glad that I gave it a try. It took away my anxiety and nervousness. I don't want to be without it. I take the 100mg.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are small tablets that are very easy to take. I appreciated that, because I can have difficulty swallowing larger pills. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to work for me. I didn't feel like it relieved any stress, but I do think it helped me to fall asleep more quickly. I was hoping to feel more calm during the day as well, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps it works better for others.

It keeps my stress level down all day long. They are a small tablet so very easy for me to swallow. Completely drug-free. They are also vegetarian. I am going to keep a supply of these in my cabinet at all times. If you suffer from anxiety or mood swings, i would definitely recommend you try this product.

I don’t know what I would do without 5-HTP time released capsules. They help my anxiety so much and I like that it is a natural remedy and not a narcotic one. I highly recommend this product!

I’ve taken it several times now and am truly amazed by its power to relieve my anxiety and stress. You would not think a non prescribing pill would be helpful with relieving stress, but it honestly does it’s job. I was skeptical about its usefulness and was pleasantly surprised by the difference it made in my mood.

I have took it for 3 days. The first day just once, and then twice a day for 2 days. I ended up with a strange headache. A dizzy feeling with a pressure behind my eyes. I realized the only thing I’d been doing differently was this supplement. I stopped taking it and for the next two days, no headaches. Could be coincidence but I think I’ll just stop using them for now.!
