I was always against doing melatonin because i always just believed that kids need to learn to fall alsleep on their own. Well my 5 year old son, has had trouble staying alseep and when sneak in the kitchen and eat junk food or destory the house and i work a factory job where i get up at 2am and i was exhausted feeling like I couldn't sleep and I had to stay up to make sure he stayed asleep. Well I tried the Melatonin brand and he had horrible night hairs where I thought something bad happened to him and we are about to rush him to the emergency room because he said he shoved something in his ear and we were freaking out! Turns out it was a dream, so i was back at square 1. Then we came across these and they have worked perfectly! My 9 year old daughter has also troed them and really liked them . thank you for the help!!!

I normally don't give her any sleeping aid medicine or anything else but these came in very handy. She slept like a baby for about 8 hours. She didn't complain about the taste nor the texture which we were a little concerned before ordering the gummies. We only gave her two gummies one on our way to our destination and the other one on our way back. Will definitely keep using them for whenever she is having a hard time going to sleep or for future trips.

We started off trying these about 30 minutes before bedtime and it was no longer an issue. He likes the flavor of them and we’ve seen a big improvement in his behavior!

Sometimes it’s hard to wind them down even after all day of activities/running, etc. So if I see my kids are not ready to calm down and get ready for bed, we use Natrol Kids about 30 mins before bed and every time it does the trick! Plus it’s all natural and healthy!

My youngest two who are 11 and 8 tried them and said first they didnt really taste like strawberry flavor. It was more of a tropical flavor vibe. They also said the texture was a little strange (these are why it gets 4 stars and not 5!). It says to take about 30 minutes before bed. My son did his normal night routine then went and laid down and fell asleep pretty quickly. My youngest snuggled and swore she wasn't sleepy, yet about 15 minutes later she was asleep in her room! We really love that this is all natural too.

Sometimes my kids don’t want to sleep even when they’re given melatonin but I noticed with this product it helped them settle down more before bedtime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that these gummies contain a very low amount of Melatonin (0.5mg per gummy). Great for help with settling down in the evening, and they taste good but do have a slight aftertaste. No side effects for us, no grogginess in the morning.

Our kids are always wired if traveling and it's a fight to get them to go-to sleep- in comes these guys! Says to give 30 mins before bed. We tried them, lowered the lights, calmed the environment, and waited. Sure enough, the yawns started and we could tell there was a difference! Level of dosage seemed to be safe (researched separately), didn't notice any side effects, and my kids enjoyed the taste and didn't mind eating. I would buy again to have on hand for those tough nights. They may have even assisted with a better night's sleep as well, now that I think about it. Highly recommend!
