My attitude and mood seemed to be much better throughout the month. I wasnt sure if there was ever to be a mood changing product, but was happy with the outcome and will continue to use.

I came up to this section and I just knew it would benefit me in the long run , It definitely has been the best vitamin that controls and miminmizes the affects of stress and helps my moods . Iam so happy it elevates what I feel on a daily basis , it doesn't have any nasty taste or bitterness to it , easy to read instructions very easy to chew comes with enough tablets for a month I'm extremely impressed I bought more to have on hand.

It does recommend taking with a meal and I suggest that as well or you might feely queasy or nauseous. After about two weeks of daily use, I noticed a small boost in a more positive mood for me around times of the day when I usually feel sluggish, tired, and want to isolate/be away from chit chat. I noticed a little bit less stress on things I normally worry about constantly or related to my work. Overall, if taken consistently I did see a change in my mood and stress levels.

When it was that time of the month, however, I did not experience the mood swings that I generally have. That alone was enough to impress me. Serotonin relaxes your mind and body to give you a great night of rest. Natrol 5-HTP can also promote a healthy diet and can be used to curb your appetite. The pills are fairly easy to swallow, they are about the same size as acetaminophen. You can also break these in half if you have a hard time swallowing pills.

It has vitamin b6 and b12 which is never a bad thing. The tablets work with your Sheraton in levels to help promote a better mood. The L-theanine promotes better relaxation and the b12 and folic acid are supposed to help with daily stress. I’m a high strung person and these worked really great for me. I wasn’t tired but I was calm and relaxed. I did not stress at all either which is huge for me because I always stress. I do sleep really good at night when I take these too. I’m happy with these and my husband is also. We will continue to keep them around. I won’t take them daily but for occasional stress days, I’ll rely on them to help me out.
