Quality Pycnogenol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Pycnogenol Capsules complimentary from Natrol to try. I have been using this for over a month, not daily but quite frequently. I like the fact that it's small and easy to swallow. However, I do not really notice much difference - I'm in my early 30s - not sure if we need to be older to feel the effect. I'm still using it anyway.

Works great

Moreover, I noticed an improvement in my endurance level. I do hiking, and it's always been a problem going faster, but now I can! The same thing is happening in my dance class. Pycnogenol is an antioxidant that is extracted from the bark of French maritime pine trees that has been shown to be a powerful antioxidant which is particularly beneficial for cardiovascular health by promoting nitric oxide production. It has been the subject of hundreds of clinical trials and has been shown to be beneficial in reducing high blood pressure and cholesterol. After seeing several studies regarding the numerous health benefits of Pycnogenol consumption we decided to add it to my husband's vitamin regimen. Since he began taking it we have seen a noticeable reduction in his blood pressure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been taking Natrol Pycnogenol for a few weeks. So it's hard to say if it's making any sort of long term impact. I can say that I've been totally healthy during that time and suffered no side effects whatsoever from it. I like that it's only one per day. So with 60 in the bottle, this lasts 2 months. I'll continue taking it and hopefully the circulatory and immune benefits will be obvious down the road.

Really Works

I notice that my hands don't go to sleep as often as they used to due to my poor circulation. My toes and my hands used to go to sleep every day. Now they don't!
