This supplement is made from natural ingredients but I did not see any benefit to my skin. I also had a little upset to my stomach after taking these. I’m sorry but I will not be purchasing this product.

The capsules are quite large, though, so they might be a problem for those who have difficulties with swallowing. They are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant taste. The bottle says take 2 of these large pills a day, and it also says it takes 90 days to see results. It’s only been a little less than 30 days so far but I am going to continue to take the supplement to see if I see the results.

These did not have any bad taste or odors so they were much easier to swallow. I love that these capsules also contain hyaluronic acid and resveratrol. 2 capsules a day is all it takes!

The capsules are easy to swallow, and it's so much easier than what I've been using, which is a powder I have to mix FOUR tablespoons of into a hot drink. I don't have time for that mess. I feel good knowing I'm giving my hair and skin a big health boost and am looking forward to seeing my skin have more elasticity and moisture. As we age, we ladies need a boost of collagen to replenish dry thinning hair and dry sagging skin. As someone who has also lost a lot of weight, this is a huge huge help for my skin! Plus with hyaluronic acid, my skin texture will also improve visibly.

This contains two different types of collagen, totaling 1600 mg. It also has 200 mg Grape seed extract and 100 mg of Hyaluronic acid, along with some other ingredients. So far, what I have noticed is my face seems to have more moisture.
