High added sugar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies have that chewy grainy texture that I just dislike in gummies. Which yes, most are made this way. But also for a supplement they do have 4g of added sugar which seems a little high. The flavor is good. They also turn white and crinkle when you squish them. Not sure what that’s all about. Not too sure I would purchase but they do have a good price point.

These have a nice fruity taste with a bit of a tart/sour aftertaste. My only complaint about them is that there are only 22 vitamins in the bottle so it’s only 11 days for 1 person or less than a weeks worth if more than 1 person in your household is taking them.

The packaging is nice, it lets you know all of the goodies it has to offer: Sambucus Elderberry, Vitamin C and Zinc. They are non gmo, gluten and vegan free. You get 50 gummies in the container, and you take 2 a day, preferably after a meal. The price is on point. I have been taking these for over a month and I will definitely be adding these into my daily regimen!

However, I thought 4 grams of added sugar is high for a health gummy to eat daily. I also noticed the elderberry extract content per serving was low with only 100 mg. I also found the texture to be very firm. The ingredients also include palm oil which has negative environmental impacts.
