They were small and easy to take which is a big deal for me since I struggle to swallow whole pills. Overall I would recommend these for anyone who may need extra vitamin D in their life!

If not, like me, I did not really feel or see any differences in my body. It’s not a bad thing to take the supplement, but personally I did It notice any effects.

Definitely take with a meal because this helps with absorption and it won’t upset your stomach. I have been vitamin d deficient for quite a while because I live through winter months and don’t get as much sun exposure. My doctor had to put me on 50,000 iu once a week for 24 weeks and this finally helped increase my numbers. Now I can take the 10,000 iu once a week to maintain my numbers and it helps!!! It’s nice not taking a pill daily.

Nature Made D3 also has a higher mcg dosage than what I've taken in the past which works out well for me. I take them daily, and they never even leave an aftertaste in my mouth. Nature Made is a great product, and I'm adding D3 to my shopping list!!

I’m breastfeeding and was advised to take at least 7,000 IU daily so that my baby gets enough vitamin d as well. Since I’m already vitamin d deficient, the extra 3,000 helps so much. Only having to take one pill instead of multiple pills is so much more convenient. The pills don’t have any aftertaste and are easy to take. I love the Nature Made brand and I feel comfortable with this going into my body. I have so much more energy after taking these. I’m very pleased with this product.

Beautiful however, not enough sunshine and come to find out I was really low on Vitamin D. Doctor recommended a supplement and I tried some gummy type supplements, but they didn’t really bring the level up to what I needed. Tried this supplement and low and behold my level is more normal and where it should be. Thanks so much for making a small, easy to swallow supplement!

By taking this vitamin I am able to maintain a well balanced diet and make up for my deficiency. 10,000 IU is what is recommended for me so I get what I need. Bottle is child safe and they are easy to swallow with water.
