I used to use Herbal Laxative capsules. Store are out of them. Now I use 2 of these, 3 Cascara Sagrada & 4 Psyllium husks. Works almost daily.

"P00p Pills" as I call them. I've taken on/off years with no problems. Make sure to follow instructions, or go even slower than recommended. Make sure not to stay on them longer that the recommended # days.

I've been taking these one pill a day for over a year while WFH during covid has kept my activity level way lower than it used to be. It's kept be regular. I take it with calcium and sometimes a Pro-Oxy-Biotic pill from swansons.
I always have this product available....!! IT WORKS.....!!!!

I have used Nature's Secret Super Cleanse for years with reliable results. Many products are too strong and cause discomfort. This one does not, if you follow the instructions.

I have been using this for several years. I have tried to buy the competition which are cheaper.....but cheaper doesn't mean that they will work....THIS STUFF WORKS!!! dont waste your time looking for something comparable - this is the best that's out there
