Type 2 diabetes Helper.
When I could not take Ozempic or any similar medications, I was left without a medication to help control my Type 2 Diabetes. A friend told me about Ceylon Cinnamon. After a bit of research, I found Nature's Truth. I now take 2,000 mg. with each meal, (6000mg a day) It has helped me control my glucose, lose some weight and get my blood pressure down. I have told friends about it. It is much, much more cheaper than Ozempic and no side effects.

I have type 2 diabetes. Initially I spent time researching the use of Ceylon cinnamon and chromium picolinate to help regulate my glucose levels. To my astonishment my daily glucose reading's significantly began dropping and then leveled off. I was so excited I couldn't wait till my next primary care physician's appointment. When he did my 3 month A1c test it indicated that my glucose was at 5.4. Three month's earlier I was at 7.2. For obvious reasons I continue to take 2,000 mg. of this product 2X daily maintaining low glucose levels. I highly recommend Nature's Truth Ceylon Cinnamon with Chromax to all my friends and would suggest you try it for yourself.

Try Ceylon Cinnamon 2000 mg for yourself
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried concentrated Ceylon Cinnamon 2,000 mg made by Nature's Truth. I cannot tolerate it. I did take a capsule with food, per the directions. I took it in the morning with my breakfast. By evening I did not feel very good. I had an upset stomach and loose stool. The next morning was more of the same. There are a lot of good things to say about this product. It is non-GMO. There is no wheat, no gluten, no milk, no artificial flavors or sweeteners and no preservatives. I would say try it and see how it works for you. I could not tolerate this product.

I did some research before taking cinnamon, and learned a lot, like the importance of using cinnamon that comes for Ceylon. I also use an independent lab to evaluate the quality of nutritional suppliments, and Nature's Truth and the Ceylon Cinnamon capsules are free and clear of controversy, and are what they say they are. Very reassuring. I find these help me with dieting, but leveling out my cravings for sweets- always a bonus. You're results may vary, though. Would recommend these!

Real Cinnamon

This one is very nice, you can smell the cinnamon, and it digests easily. I feel like it's doing me good and helping with my health. Well made with no artificial fillers.

No after taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature's Truth Vitamins-Ceylon Cinnamon 2000 mg. Unlike other similar products this one doesn't leave a cinnamon aftertaste. I didn't check my blood sugar so not sure about if it lowered mine or not.
