Absorbs moisture

They taste fine but absorbs moisture quite fast. I put them in a pill box with the other supplements but they actually melt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these supplements when I ran out of elderberry gummies. They have the same health benefits as the gummies I was taking, but, unfortunately, these don't taste great. They're very reminiscent of a child's chewable vitamin and taste very chalky, although they do have an elderberry flavor to them. However, the ingredients seen to be quality ingredients, so I'll definitely keep these as a backup for if I run out of gummies again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love taking Sambucus Black Elderberry Immune Complex. I take one tablet daily which dissolves in my mouth prior to beginning my day. I find that this supplement has elderberry which is crucial to immunity support. It’s pleasant tasting and the great thing is I don't have to swallow which is always a plus. It simply melts in my mouth. I’m one of those ones that refuses to take the vaccine while it is still in its clinical trial so I feel taking this supplement helps boost my immune system when I’m at work or out and about shopping. Overall I’d recommend and will definitely purchase again.
