[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this herbal supplement out and honestly, I can’t tell a difference from before I started taking it until now. I’m not sure if this is something that make take multiple months to see a difference or feel a difference. They are capsules which are not my favorite but that is just preference. The ingredients seem promising and the brand seems to be health conscious in using non gmo.

Wonderful fast-working and effective turmeric caps

Tumeric is a proven anti-inflammatory and antioxid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the capsules for about a month. I have found the capsules easy to digest and have shown no negative side affects from them. I honestly cannot say that they are effective as the known benefits of tumeric are that it is an anti- inflammarory and an antioxidant. There is no real way to measure these qualities in these capsules, but tose values are proven for tumeric, so just knowing they are doing good is all I need!

Simple to use traditional herbal supplement!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used golden paste for me and my dogs before, and it worked well, but it’d messy to make and store. I know it’s more effective but these pills… way easier and unlike a lot of tumeric supplements this one has the black pepper too (which you need for the tumeric to actually work) . If you don’t know already tumeric is a very old traditional herbal supplement. And best of off… I don’t turn gold

Strong pepper smell

I liked that it was gluten free and came in easy to swallow capsules. Yellow cloud burps
I haven't had this side effects with other brands but it's happened a few times with this so I literally sought it out to review it. It causes burps and the turmeric and pepper come out of your mouth in a yellow cloud and your respiratory tract feels hot with the pepper in it for a while after. Buyer beware.
