They worked really well for my allergies. In fact, as well as my prescription medicine. However, it is not recommended to take Boswelia long term. Pay attention to that because there could be side effects. For me, I ended up with hives about every 2 hours.

I am an injured disabled vet. I have pain daily that I must manage in order to not go insane or to not go "postal" on otherwise innocent, well-meaning people. But that is what debilitating pain does. I have been asked by big burly men what can help back pain and I have written this product down for them along with Swanson's name. I wouldn't want to leave it up to chance that they get a brand that doesn't work because it's quality sucks, and then they totally give up on a supplement that does work!
