[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for 2 months and I never noticed any change in energy or mood. For that reason, I don’t think the cost is worth the product. Because it’s in pill form, there’s no weird taste if you choose to go this route.

I have been taking each supplement separately, but I have since replaced the 3-4 pills daily with just 2 gluten free and vegan capsules. It has definitely made my daily routine easier. And I didn’t experience an aftertaste as with some other supplements.

The capsules are a typical size and easy to swallow. I love that this has 1,500mg of ashwaganda and 150mg of magnesuim glycinate per 3 capsules. You can take less if you don’t need that dosage. Super easy to add to your daily supplement routine. Non gmo, gluten free and vegan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vitamin has essential minerals and herbal support. From my experience this made me a feel out of touch. I was not a fan in paticular of how empty it made my brain feel. No claims of health of course, I just didn’t have the best reaction. Would recommend testing for a week.
