Does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not so sure I noticed positive effects short term but it didn’t cause any side effects. The magnesium did improve mood but I have always had thick hair. Great taste for anyone. Packaging could be more appealing.

Great taste but way too big capsules

The taste is not bad and it doesn’t have a chalky texture which I appreciate. My only gripe is the size of the capsules. They’re a little too big for my liking but other than that, I recommend them.

Better sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No bad ingredients like some I’ve seen and I’m not making any claims here but I feel it helps me sleep better at night when I take it before bed. I like the flip lid top also so I don’t have to unscrew anything. The pills don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth and overall they seem like a great value.

A necessary addition.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle didn’t arrive that way, I had to prove it was opened and used. I was a bit worried about taking this at first because of all of the side effects, but I made sure I followed the instructions of how to best take it and I’m glad I did. I wasn’t short on magnesium, but being able to have it with another necessary mineral was a plus. I’m breathing better and I feel less anxious. It goes down easy and I feel fine from having it. No bad aftertaste or anything unusual. I don’t know if I’ll necessarily seek this out in stores too often, but I’m appreciative of what I have. Also, my trips to the potty feel much better.

Vegan and healthy for you

It's a good price for what you are getting. I noticed I had a lil more energy and I feel a little bit better. It doesn't have a lot of ingredients in it and it tells you exactly what you are taking.
