They were so disgusting I couldn’t even chew them up enough to swallow. I’m sure they’d be great under a different flavor.

However, I've taken them for a few days and can't say I notice a huge shift in energy. That said, these are good enough that I'll continue and finish the bottle before deciding fully!

They are great tasting which makes it easier to take consistently. I have noticed more energy and oddly enough, don't crash mid-day. They are not overly chewy and/or gummy and have a very good flavor. I've been taking vitamin B-12 for a few years to make up for a deficiency. I generally cannot say if any of the vitamins work, but I would probably add this gummy to the rotation.
