Deceivingly Packaged For Marketing
In a rush down the snack isle , I picked these up. I saw the 14 grams on the front of the box thinking it was protein, turns out it’s 14 grams of whole grain. My fault for not paying attention. The nutrition is not great, 9 added sugars 200 cal and only 2 grams of protein. Do better Nature Valley! The taste is good on the front end but leaves a waxy film in your mouth. As a treat these are fine but not a daily lunch box staple, especially for not for a child.

Nature Valley Lemon Wafer Bars
I love Nature Valley granola bars, and buy them regularly. I just purchased a box of the lemon wafer bars to try. My sister, who is also a fan of lemon and your company, split one to try. Neither one of us could even swallow the first bite. It tasted like a mild lemon wafer with lard in the layers. Left a grease slick on the tongue that was difficult to get rid of. Literally was the worst thing I have ever tried. She said the same thing. And like I say I m. Fan of your products. I don’t care about being reimbursed for the rest I will throw away, but I was sure that these were packaged without the benefit of a taste test and thought you need to know.

Ive tried plenty of nature valley products, however, this was the first time I ever tried one of their wafer bars. AMAZING the lemon one is just enough to hit you in the taste buds.. my new favorite snack on the go!!

I love all things lemon, but these were not lemony enough. Not sure if it was just my box, but the first bar was very stale. It did not have the crunchy essence of a wafer. Later, opened a 2nd one and it was just as stale if not worse. Ended up throwing the rest away. Hopefully, just my box and not the expectation lol
