Love Tervis Tumblers but wish I didn't have to send them off every 6-8 months because they develop a film on them. Hope you can improve this problem in the future. Plus it costs me almost $10 for postage.

Thank you for your feedback! Our unique, double-wall insulation reduces condensation but does not eliminate it completely. Much depends on the temperature of the liquid and the environment in which it is being used. If there is moisture pooling between the walls or at the bottom of your tumbler, perhaps the seal has been compromised. This is definitely covered under our Made for Life Guarantee!
