Ok, so I bought the clock for my husband for Christmas and by the middle of January, the yellow neon doesn’t work, and sometimes the white light comes on by itself. Unfortunately, my husband loves the dumb thing, hence the two stars instead of one ☹️

The clock itself is very nice, however the hour hand is short of the mark on every hour as you can see in the photo. There's also something small rattling inside, perhaps a screw. I'll attempt to unscrew the back off to see what I might be able to do. Sending it back is such a hassle. Good luck with your purchase.
