Nemat Fragrance Oil Roll-On - Amber - 10ml - Ulta Beauty

I originally bought this a year ago after smelling it on a friend and it smelt DIVINE like the best scent I've smelled in my entire life but once I was about half way through it started to smell weird like maybe rancid. It didn't smell BAD but it definitely doesn't smell like it originally did and not a scent I feel like anyone would willingly buy with their own money. Since then I've bought 3 separate rollers and they all smell rancid or have no smell whatsoever. I've tested out every single amber bottle in separate occasions and not a single one smells like the original and today's batch smelled like pure pee. It's such a shame they're so inconsistent because I would nearly pass out trying to catch a whiff of myself because it smelled that good and I'd get compliments on the daily

This is my right out of the shower fragrance! It smells warm and clean and I get a ton of compliments! It lasts for hours and is easy to reapply when necessary. HIGHLY recommend!

Someone like myself who wore spray perfume's religiously, developed allergies & cannot use anything without a headache & throat feeling like sandpaper. Amber has been a Godsend. I get compliments even HOURS after applying but rarely smell it on me.

I can't define smell because I can barely smell it but others can and compliment. My sense of smell is acute according to my husband but this oil is very subtle.

I used to buy this all the time and would get compliments on how good I smelled. I just left ulta, smelled every roll on & spray of this scent and there's no smell whatsoever. I will not be purchasing again unless they can fix this issue. These perfumes are way too expensive to just be odorless bottles of oil.

The lid was not sealed. It leaked all over box

This is my first lip oil and i love it. I randomly tried it on and fell in live with it. It is musky but amazing. I was instantly complemented on it my first time wearing it out.

It's a little pricey for the size but definitely love the scent.

I was in Meijer and a young lady walked past me sns she smelled so fresh snd clean, I asked her what fragrance she was wearing and she had the bottle in her purse. I took a pic and ran straight to Ulta. I do agree that you cant smell it on yourself, after my first use I couldnt smell it. But I noticed others could smell me and wanted to know what I had on. My daughter comes to visit and when we hug she says emmmm you smell fresh. But to me its like perfume you use daily, eventually you wont smell it on you but others will.

One of the most gorgeous, simple white musk scents out there, despite being labelled amber! I know some people claim not to smell this, but for context, there is a LOT of research out there on musk anosmia. Since perfumers no longer use real musk (because that's an animal), a bunch of different synthetic musks are commonly used. Some people are simply born with the gene that makes them anosmic to certain synthetic musks, so perfumers will often layer several musks in a single fragrance so that at least one or two of them will smell like something for the wearer. You may also become anosmic to your own perfume because it becomes the baseline scent for you, even if you don't have the musk anosmia gene. All that to say, while this is an incredibly inoffensive scent, it's not a blind buy because you may not actually be able to smell it. The projection is also really dependent on temperature because it's a perfume oil, you need a certain amount of body heat for the scent to actually work. Putting the science aside, I haven't met a single person who doesn't love Nemat Amber. Musk smells like bodies, intimacy, closeness with someone, but not an overtly sexual kind of intimacy. This scent equally reminds me of lazy mornings in bed with my partner AND the smell of my younger sibling's head when they were a baby. The upside to an oil is that you have to be reasonably close to someone to be able to smell you. If someone notes how good you smell, it's not because you've battered them over the head with a beast-mode projector, it's because you let them close enough to you to be able to smell it. I am allergic to fragrance yet this scent does not bother me. It is soft and light yet very pretty!

5 stars would 1000% recommend - if you're over the price hikes of Riddle Oil, this is the one. Buy it, do it. I promise, it's literally Riddle Original - only cons to the product is I go through it like crazy, probably on bottle #3 BUT it's a fraction of the cost so it's worth it.

I got this as a gift and really enjoyed the scent…at first. It was long lasting and a little went a long way. After a few times using it the scent is barely if at all noticeable. This isn't a nose blind situation; the fragrance basically disappeared. Very disappointing!

The Amber scent has a light spicy/woodsy smell. It's a roll on oil so it lasts a long time.
