Q: Can I use Neosporin on 2 month old baby? He scratched his ear. Thanks

submitted by Anna - 4 years ago
  • A: Hi Anna, for anyone under the age of 2, we suggest speaking with your health care professional. We'd also suggest not using our product for the inside of the ear. Thank you!

Q: What's the difference between this Neosporin (for kids) and the regular Neosporin plus pain relief maximum strength? They appear to have the exact same ingredients.

submitted by CuriousMom - 6 years ago
  • A: Thank you for reaching out! Our NEOSPORIN® + Pain Relief Maximum Strength Cream with kids graphic on tube and carton was launched in February 2008. The product formula did not change, and the same maximum strength formula continues to be available in our regular packaging as well. Have a nice day!

Q: My toddler fell while playing, and busted her lip a bit. Possible to use this directly on the lip area to help it heal?

submitted by MommaBear23 - 7 years ago
  • A: Thanks for reaching out about this, MommaBear23! Due to possible ingestion on the lip for your toddler, we wouldn't recommend using this for their busted lip. We'd recommend speaking to her doctor to see what would be the best option for her. Thanks again, and let us know if we can help with anything else!
