It’s the perfect basketball size and looks really cool. The fact that it’s a quietcourt ball caught my attention. It’s ideal for home, more so for any apartment. It’s quiet alright and it’s made of foam so perfect for the kids to play without breaking stuff at home. The drawback, however, is also relate to that it’s made of foam. It doesn’t have much of a bounce to it as a normal basketball does. It’s good quality foam but can get damaged with little kids so I can’t say much about how durable it might be. All in all, it’s a nice ball for the kids to play.

So when I saw this ball, I was excited to try it out. My son was so excited with the mail truck showed up with this package and he’s been playing with his ball now for a few days. While it is much much quieter than a standard basketball, it’s not silent by any means. A great thing when it comes to younger kids is that if you get hit in the face while playing with this ball, it’s not going to hurt. This ball should definitely be used indoors only or on clean sport courts though. My son did manage to sneak this outside and after only a couple dribbles, got lots of dirt stuck in the really dense foam. My husband managed to get it cleaned up, so it will be staying inside from now on.
