Whatever your preference, we find the best results are achieved after shaking the milk carton vigorously before pouring into the Aeroccino canister to redistribute the protein content which can settle to the bottom. We welcome you to enjoy any alternative which meets your nutritional needs and preferences, and recommend your milk is ice-cold, fresh and that the frother has been thoroughly cleaned out and cooled down between uses.
