The quality sucks now, with the cookies being rock hard and inedible. Also, just because I call them chipwiches, doesn’t mean I’m talking about the other ice cream brand. I’m talking about these that don’t have an actual name. Sending me a link to the other ice cream website without any other information was pretty rude.

I used to be obsessed with the chipwiches. I was eating like two a day. Ever since y’all changed them, I won’t even touch them. The cookie used to be soft and flavorful and now it’s rock hard and bland.

One package had only half a Cooke. 2 other packages had the Cookie was missing the entire Cooke on one side. Dry disappointing for the price. It seems you have a problem with quality control. Someone should be catching these big mistakes. If it wasn’t such a pain in the rear I would have returned it to the store. Do better for your customers!!!

I just bought this excited to enjoy a nostalgic treat but was met instead with a small, thin, tasteless cookie sandwich. Sweet nothings. The quality of the product has been greatly reduced and is reflected in the taste as well as the appearance.

On a beautiful sunny day I thought it’d be a great idea to go and get one of my childhood favorite treats. The townhouse ice cream cookies was a key childhood memory when going to grandpa and grandmas house. What an utter disappointment you guys have turned these treats into. Price goes up and quality goes down. Such tiny tiny treats but as long as you guys are filling your pocket with cash that’s all you care about.

I Bought nestles chocolate chip cookie sandwich and we had 3 out of the 7 sandwhich already opened. The packages look as though they weee never sealed in the first place. How am I suppose to know these are still sanitary to eat. Would be different if it was just one but 3 of 7 were like this:

I purchased a box of the nestle toll house chocolate chip cookie sandwiches and they were delicious and I would have loved to have been able to eat all the sandwiches in the box but was unable to do so due to one of the sandwiches being unpackaged and exposed to everything around it. The plastic packaging for the sandwich was under the uncovered sandwich instead of around it.

I love Tollhouse cookies and the cookie sandwiches are my biggest guilty pleasure when at the gas station! Wish the boxed ones were as big as those- I wouldn’t mind if the box was a four count if that means making them match size. Either way I’m still buying!
