    works well

    Though I found this difficult to do myself I called the tech help and with that help was able to do it. I am not a techy kind of person I think for the average person it still would be a little confusing to set up without the tech help there are many steps to getting it going. That being said it works well to get the other side of house up to WiFi speed.

    not good overall

    not happy with it. App sucks, seems more geared to the router, not the extender. Not much help if you use the Starlink router. It seems stuck on the old cable router and I can't get it to recognize a new network.

    Solved my problems

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had three areas of the house which had a poor WiFi signal and where I wanted to connect to various devices. Very good signal in these areas and I succeeded in connecting the devices. Had an issue with one of the extenders but it was solved by resetting it. Happy with my purchases.

    Easy to install

    Useless

    The setup instructions are minimal with no explanation of what the lED's mean and no trouble shooting help. After trying to set it up, it totally fouled up my Netgear 6 modem/router and I had to hire the Geek squad to fix my network and it took them over an hour. The AX3000 is back in the box.

    Good Product

    Got this item and it works great. Boosted my Wifi signal to full strength across the bottom floor of my home. Only downside is that it can be a little finnicky upon initial setup. Would recommend, especially for the price.

    Wireless booster

    I have a Nighthawk wireless router that works great but there is a dead spot, so I got the ax1600 to fill the void. It was very easy to install with the app. Everything works as it should.

    Software install not simple. Poor management functionality in app

    I was frustrated with the installation software has to do it a couple times. The nighthawk app to manage the nighthawk and extender does not have the management visibility I would like. I can’t really tell what SSID the devices are connected to. I can not tell if the device is connecting through the nighthawk or the extender. So troubleshooting issues is difficult.
