just what I needed

I just got new Internet service and it was more convenient to locate the router on the opposite side of my home from my desktop. What I didn't realize was that the WiFi card in my desktop was so old it could only get 75mps. For $35 I could get a new card and install it thus upgrading a 15 year old computer. For $50 I accomplished the same thing and also was able to get 275mps outside at the furthest point from my router. I pay for 300mps and with an Ethernet connection from the extender my desktop is getting 375mps. Also this refurbished item was half the price of new.
