    I started taking them recently like 2 weeks and i already notice a difference, not a huge one but enough for me to notice how I am more focused and remember things slightly better. I'm sure with more time it will keep improving.

    Tad More Focused

    This stuff really works! I've felt clearer, sharper and more motivated. I don't have that dreaded mom brain fog as much, and my sleep habits have not changed. Maybe a tad more sensitive to sunlight, but it's worth it. I can concentrate and read a whole novel a day now without having to focus. It takes about a week and a half of daily use to notice results, but it's working!

    Works for me

    I have been taking this supplement for the past three weeks and even with taking only one gummy a day instead of two, I sincerely find myself thinking with more alacrity and speed, whether reading music, or writing compositions for magazines. This is really a good product and a must for anyone who feels they need to be more alert mentally.

    Lack of Energy

    Lack of energy and drive are something I've been struggling with for years so I'm exited to see actual results from this product. I can definitely say that I am impressed that I'm able to get a lot more done in my day. It's definitely helpful in the focus area and I haven't had any negative side effects which is always a concern when taking a new product. You do have to take it continuously to see results, I noticed a difference within my third day.

    Confused Expectation!

    Not noticing anything different here. Not sure what I was expecting, but I can recognize a change and there was none. I'm not sure if all these reviews are legitimate so buy at your own risk. Perhaps it affects all of us differently.

    Better Sleep

    I absolutely love the product thus far, every time I take a gummy I have a clearer mind, more focus and drive.Combine this with a healthy diet, good nights sleep and regular workouts and you will be unstoppable.I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

    Great Focus!!

    My son is using this because he's been having some difficult times in the army. He's deployed and I'm not sure yet how it's working for him but the research I did on this makes me very hopeful. I will update once he's been on it a while longer!

    Patience is Key!

    Its hard to notice a clear difference right away. Especially if trying several new supplements around the same time. However, over several months of using this, I find I am generally more focused, have better memory, better executive function, etc. No more brain fog most days.
