Neutrogena Makeup Remover Melting Balm is my most favorite makeup remover. I usually pick a small quantity and apply over my face and it instantly melts the makeup, I use a makeup eraser cloth or any wash cloth soaked in warm water to remove all the makeup. It washes off easily as well. No oily residue. I do a two step cleanse and this is my first step followed by a gentle soap based cleanser. I don’t smell any fragrance. It’s very efficient and gentle on my skin. It works well to remove eye makeup as well, that’s very important for me in a makeup remover.

I always used micellar water before this product but this is arguably much better. It really melts onto your skins and sort of just lifts the product off of your face making it so easy to remove even waterproof makeup!

I really liked this product! It was the first cleansing balm I ever used and I thought it was very good at removing my makeup without having to rub super hard especially on my eyes. No scent which is good and my skin always felt so soft after!

Do not buy!!! It's so bad! It burns my eyes so bad for hours after use, it smells like a dirty crayon & it doesn't even do a good job cleaning the makeup off! Stay far away, if you want a good cheap balm go for elf makeup remover balm. Run far and run fast!
