Hazardous
My son got this as a gift and he loved it! I liked that it was charged and ready to run, and it included batteries. HOWEVER, within minutes of use, it started smoking and nearly caught fire! After, I looked at others reviews and seen that this is not first for this product thinking it could have just been a faulty wire or something. Was very lucky to have noticed before someone got hurt.

Broke on first use
Plastic suspension clips broke first use on both sides. Light bar doesn’t work. Much better RC cars for this price out there.

This car was very underpowered. Even on the sidewalk it was disappointing. There is a huge amount of play in both steering and suspension. I had higher expectations for this price range after a previous purchase and would advise researching other options.

this brand has got to make the worst rc cars ever.
i bought this car and the jeep gladiator. the gladiator controller sucks. its made of cheap plastice and has the worst stearing ever. nice design though. the vortex. this has got to be a world record for fastest breaking rc car. the car is 30$ and is most definitly not worth it. the speeds nice but one bump and the steering breaks. i hope new bright is shut down and finished off for good. the car was being held together by tape and had the worst paint job ever. do not buy.
