The prunes are consistent in size, taste and texture from bag to bag. There are rarely pieces of pits. They are a bit less sweet than two other organic brands I’ve tried. I highly recommend these prunes.

Tastes like iron, they're amazing. They're kinda wet, which is a little difficult to eat, but it's way better than eating a dry prune :)

I am going to try and return the two unopened packages, because these prunes have more sugar per serving than the other brands I usually buy. I did not realize that when I bought them. They are too sweet for me to eat.

I purchase several of the Newman Prunes every few months on a regular basis. They are so tasty and plump that they almost resemble stewed prunes. The price for them is great at Swansons, too.

The prunes have a very poor taste, no sweet at all, and they came all melt in the package, very sticky, a mess... We don't like it at all!

A bit smaller than the Sun Maids from the supermarket, so I take 3 instead of 2. Slightly different flavor, which I prefer. Price is great! I'm making them my regular prunes. See what I did there? Regular! I'm hilarious.

Good Organic Prunes; however, very messy to use. Flavor, size, texture, and general quality are all fine. That's the good news. The rest of the story is that these prunes are very sloppy / messy / damp. They stick together, and the entire inside of the bag is covered with gooey prune slop. When you reach into the bag to get a prune, you end up with several prunes stuck together, and your hand comes out of the bag covered with prune goo. Sure, one can lick-off, or wipe-off your hand, or use an iced-tea spoon (long handle) to fetch your prune out of the bag, but it's really more bother than I want to deal with in order to enjoy a tasty prune snack. There are options out there with good brands on the market that are not messy or a bother to enjoy. If he were still alive, I think Paul Newman would NOT be pleased. I'm certainly not. This product does not work for me.
