It’s decent enough and it is effective after about 15 minutes or less I could feel the effects of it. It had a little bit softer texture than gum, but it’s still was just close enough and the packaging was decent enough. I understood what to expect something more minty and that’s what it was and it had all the information so I like that. The flavor is really nice. I thought it would be something harsh but yet it was very pleasant so I tried this for a while at first. It did tend to make me a little nauseous. Maybe it was something strong at first, but I got over the nauseousness. It did help me cut back on the smoking. The one thing I did notice is after a couple days of using I was getting a headache I don’t know if it was because maybe it was too strong but yet I did seem to cut back on my smoking, but the headache was still there with continued to use I did tend to cut back a lot on my smoking. I would just suggest maybe to start out with a smaller milligram maybe and work your way up to a higher milligram if your first starting out otherwise I would recommend this product taste in stay too long, but still pleasant taste
