We do not recommend this product!!
We bought this product a little over a year ago and it has stopped working properly. Constantly tells us to add food. It continuously runs when the door is open and eventually stops running with a bunch of clicking noises and starts up again. Do not recommend this product. We've reached out to Ninja and they have not returned any emails regarding this issue. Who wants a product when the company doesn't help you when things go wrong!

Great but doesn't last long....
We purchased ours 5/24 and it died 8/25. It's great but this is the 2nd one we purchased, and guess what...we didn't learn our lesson. Ordering a 3rd one. This time we will purchase a warranty. Good news is that its on sale.

Good at first then it suddenly stopped working
It was good first year, I only used for air fry and not use often. After 1.5 year, in the middle of cooking, the machine malfunctioned showing “shut lid” and stopped working, besides the lid was shut, machine is cleaned. Then I read, so many people have the same issue. I called support, even I bought it from their site, after 1 year there is no warranty. They only offer 30% to buy a new one.

So happy with this!
This thing is amazing! Use it all the time and it is such a time saver. Cooks perfect steaks, perfect check, pork chops you name it. Air fryer is great, bake mode works awesome. There is very little i havent don't with this grill at this point. 10/10 would and have recommended to friends and family.

Ninga Air Fryer
I bought my Ninga about 3 years ago, I can not believe how beautiful the food comes out. Now I have two of my daughters use it also. The food comes out so tender and delicious. I would recommend this air fryer to anyone that love tender delicious food. The food is NEVER dry always moist !!! I will never stop cooking with my Ninga Air fryer.

Absolutely LOVE our Ninja Foodi. I cannot cook very well but since getting this my husband has eaten everything and loved it. He makes fish for me often and it’s typically very chewy but he can get it super crispy without frying it in our Ninja! Best money we’ve spent!

I just love this it replaces my old faberware grill. This is a very versatile indoor grill no smoke in the house and very easy clean-up! It is bulky but I definitely recommend it for busy women who want to have a quick meal and clean up!

On my 3rd in 6 yrs LOVE IT
This my 3rd Ninja grill w thermometer. In 6 yrs I barely use my oven. It grills steaks really nicely for an indoor grill. The only thing is the thermometer is way off on temp. All 3 have been the same way I like a rare steak. I have to set the temp at 105 or it's medium to well. And these are thick steaks. Same with all foods cooked that way

The actual cooker is great, but the new style air fryer basket everything sticks to it. And the coating on the pan at the very bottom chips very easily..
