A: The sparkling button this product incorporates will change from white to orange when the CO2 cylinder has approximately 12oz drinks remaining. The sparkling button will remain orange until the CO2 cylinder is replaced, and the indicator is reset. To reset the indicator, replace the CO2 cylinder and then hold the sparkling button until it turns white.

Wipe the water reservoir, lid, flavor funnel, base, and flavor carriages with warm soapy water. For optimal performance, run a Clean Cycle once a month using a mix of 12oz water and 12oz white vinegar, followed by a rinse cycle with fresh water.

No taste
Wife bought this 1-2 years ago and it never gets used it just sits on the counter so I tried to use it and the flavor just isn’t there when trying to sand make something not worth the money

Not well made
The part that dispenses syrup broke after 2 months of light use. It dripped bright red dye all over my white countertop. Was a huge pain to clean. I also found the size of the machine to be ridiculously large. However, if I was forced to choose between this and that other brand that stats with an “S” I would pick this dumpy broken machine every time.

Odd after taste
All of the flavors have an odd taste I think it’s the sugar they use even tried soda stream flavors an they are odd also

Quit working after 1-year warranty expired
I loved this machine when it worked — the concept and convenience are fantastic. Unfortunately, just after the 1-year warranty expired, one of the flavour cartridge dispensers stopped working. After reading through other reviews, it seems this is a common issue. When I contacted Ninja support, they offered only a 30% discount on a replacement machine. That’s disappointing for a product that clearly has a recurring design flaw. Ninja should stand behind their products beyond the basic warranty, and retailers should reconsider selling an item in their stores with known reliability issues.

Supposed to have 8 flavors, only received 2, so the entire purchase hinges on whether I like these two flavors. Tried the cola & do not care for it, so if the lemonade also sucks, this will promptly be returned.

Stinks I really wanted to love this
We bought this a year ago and it was fantastic, however it now no longer works due to a design flaw. Based on online message boards this is a common issue but ninja will not help fix. Do not buy this product unless you want to fix yourself in the future

Awesome product but not all that is listed is included in the starter box. Missing 2 more flavors. Machine runs really well and flavors are great for adults and kids alike.

Warning - Ninja change up!
The Ninja change up is frustrating! This was my 3rd purchase of Ninja thirsti as I love and addicted to the product, which is why I have purchased them for my vacation rentals and home property. I was a bit shocked to learn that the packaging has changed to only one water holder and 2 pods - of course the pods are a cola and lemonade that I wont ever use. my previous purchase provided 2 water holders and 4 pods that I actually would use. Sorry Ninja - perhaps if I had paid attention I would have realized the product accessories had changed so my bad. Still disappointed . Love the thirsti system

Most unreliable product I’ve ever purchased
Honestly, bought this about 1.5 years ago and used it only once every week. During the first 6 months it stopped spewing flavor. Got a replacement under the 1 year warranty. Then didn’t take the new one out of the box until a month ago…. And big shocker, won’t spew out ANY flavor. I have tried EVERYTHING ninja recommended and now my 1 year warranty is up. I have purchased so many new CO2 cannisters and 50+ new flavors to add to my debt with ninja. None of them work. Instead I’ve ALWAYS had to squeeze flavor from the packet into my kids soda water. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Waste of money

Ninja Thirsti is amazing
I got a Ninja Thirsti for my birthday. I have been drinking water with flavor drops for ages and tried some Ninja flavors by hand first so I knew id at least like it. The carbonation is a game changer. Easy to use, easy to clean, and gives me so many options. I honestly like the cola flavor more than diet colas(it came with it or i might never have tried it), sparkling lemonade is amazing(the same and i ordered more), watermelon/lime on a hot summer day(also ordered more), cant wait for the other flavors I ordered to show up(root beer, lemon lime, raspberry, mango, peach). Hot tip, you can buy other water drops and use empty containers to make your own creations, only way I know to get vanilla as an addon! Great product

Can't say enough about it!
We have had this now for a few weeks, and we absolutely LOVE it! It is perfect for our family. Some of us like carbonation and some do not, the fact that we can make flavored "still" water with this same machine is such a bonus. I do wish however that the flavors were a bit more broad. The fact that almost all the soda flavors (Dr. Thirsti, Cola, Root beer, etc) are all diet and no option for reg is a bummer. I am hopeful that I am not the only customer out there that feels this way and Ninja will do something to change that. I do have to say that being able to make our drinks one at a time instead of wasting all those soda cans, and having to find a place to store them (the soda cans) is such a bonus! We are looking forward to new flavors in the future, and can not wait to share this with our kids when they come over! We are definitely a "Ninja" household and this is just another reason why!!

Garbage - Do not buy, lasts only for a few months.
Forget about the so-called 1 year warranty, unit is only returnable for exchange/refund within 60 days (BUYER BEWARE). And it will work great for a few months. Soon after, flavours will start to get weaker and weaker until no flavour is dispensed at all. Machine still works to carbonate the water, but can only add flavour manually (very inconsistant). It is an expensive machine for carbonation only. After much reading, this is a common issue with this machine and I regret the purchase. Disappointed in Ninja selling this product and not honouring the warranty. I cannot get a replacement, calling 1-855-520-7816 is a total waste of time. Soon it will go into the garbage (pity, only a few months old). Will never buy anything from Ninja. Buyer beware

Love it. I just bought my Ninja Thirsti, my sister has one and I loved using hers so I thought why not buy myself one especially since they’re on sale right now. The only negative is I had expired flavor pods but I called ninja and they’re let me pick out new pods to send.
