Order was canceled because nobody showed up to my house to deliver it. But claimed they tried to my front door. The gate was open…

I ordered a Nintendo switch for pick up the day before Christmas and we went to open it and it came with a literal colony of ants. All was fine till I went to lift the top part of the box housing the Nintendo switch and joy cons and noticed a few ants coming out the box then noticed an entire colony of ants living in the HDMI cords bag. There was something that was on the HDMI cord that attracted & sustained a colony of ants in the HDMI cord’s bag. This is a band new device I had in my house for a few days and there should be no reason there should have been a colony ants any where near the box I have no idea how this happened. Thank god it wasn’t my children opening the box & getting ants all over them and it was me instead I had to run outside to dump the hdmi bag outdoors hopefully I smushed all the ants and don’t end up getting an ant problem from buying a brand new Nintendo switch for my kids for Christmas. This should have been a fun exciting experience to open a brand new device instead I was completely grossed out had ants crawling all over my hands and freaked my kids out. Beware if you order a Nintendo switch you may receive a box infested with ants.

We bought a “new” switch in store only to get home and have a used switch, no protective covering and covered in fingerprints. Targets online customer service reps are awful.

I had a horrible experience at Target and with their customer service. I purchased a Nintendo Switch and two game cards (Super Mario Bros and Mario Kart) but decided to return them the next day. While they accepted the console, they refused to return the game cards, claiming they were non-refundable. At no point during the purchase was I informed of this policy. Now I’m out $120. To make matters worse, I called guest services to address the issue, and the representative hung up on me! That’s absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better from Target, but it’s clear they don’t care about their customers or doing the right thing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage others to avoid Target as well.

After my return window expired all the sudden the left controller stopped responding to right hand turns for Mario Kart. Stuck with a device that doesn’t even work.

My Nintendo switch is red and not like the black ones I see all over won’t turn on or charge assuming it’s fake or a scam dead charged for a whole day

Just a little over a year after purchase, the battery died and needed to be replaced. Of course the warranty is only 12 months.

The nintendo switch is an incredible gaming console that is great for the enitre family. Its portable and can be played offline while playing the offline games. Would defitnely recommend this to adults who have younger children.

I like that I’m able to organize my games with files by grouping games with the same genres together, and personal customizations including a file for completed games. I currently have 84 games on my switch no memory card, so I have to archive most however depending on the size of the game I usually can alternate between four at most without re-downloading, or archiving. My only issue so far is with cloud version games, cloud version games rely more on internet connection and the slightest disturbance can throw the entire game off…not a fault of the console itself, but I’ve learned to manage nonetheless. I’ve had my switch since before March 2nd, 2023, and I really enjoy it…it’s sorta like a coping skill for me.

I love the games but after 6 years the joy con’s sticks started randomly controlling the game which is a bit annoying but I manage
