THEY SEND REPLACEMENT STRAPS
The silicone cash band that holds it together will break eventually. Mine took over 2 years. But I emailed them and they sent me replacements within a week. (Multiple replacements. At no charge) The customer service is incredible and product quality speaks for itself. I will have this wallet forever. And probably won't need replacement bands for a minimum of 20 years now.

Rubber Failure

Awesome except the rubber band
Like everyone else my rubber band broke and it seems to have not been a well thought out feature on this gadget… so now my card sits in a drawer hoping to see the light of day again when I can come up with a worthy replacement for the broken band… although o find that standard rubber is just not worth it… you can’t depend on it if it breaks so consistently and you are using it to hold your hard earned cash … I hope that nite ize upgrades this flaw on a future model of the financial tool bc this is a huge liability for anyone that uses it to keep financial assets like currency or bank cards safe…. Don’t get me wrong i love what nite ize does I just think this somehow slipped past their radar and it’s due for an upgrade in the mean time it would be nice to get some replacement bands I suppose.. but if you do that be sure to keep a second method of security such as maybe a thick plastic sleeve …I’ve diy something similar to hold my business cards on flyers I’ve posted ..just a pro tip if you find that your pocket is lined with so many franklins that it busts thru the rubber band.. PS realistically I totally would recommend this to a friend if it weren’t for the fatal flaw I mention in the review

Unable to use it.
I may be using it wrong, but is there any way to use the tools other than to take everything out of the wallet?

Excellent Customer Service
I've had my wallet for a year. The strap started breaking, so I called the Nite Ize customer service line and they're sending me a bunch of replacement straps for free. I was concerned with the wallet's longevity at first because of the strap, but obviously it's going to last forever at this rate.

It has great features, however it is held together with a rubber band which for me broke after only a few months.

Broke band 1st week
Bought this 3 wks ago and within the 1st week the strap broke, being a Retired Army Infantryman I have to have equipment that functions properly under any condition, unfortunately this is not up to par.

Never getting another wallet
I've had my financial tool for over three years now and I'm never going to a different wallet. I love how compact it is most of all, but I've repeatedly been thankful to have such a useful multitool on hand. I've even used it to scrape ice off my windshield after an unseasonable storm! The cash wrap finally gave out today, but after a two minute phone call to customer service and I've got replacements on the way! Nite Ize has been a major part of my EDC and camping gear for years now, and I don't see that changing any time soon.

New rubber bands
My whole family uses this product and it has been fun for my kids to use the tool as a resource for its many functions. It also looks slick when they have the original black bands instead of rubber bands that formerly held together produce from the store. Is it possible to buy replacement rubber bands?

Great product rubber band needs improvement
Product is great customer service is better! I had issues with the band like many others they sent me a 5 packs free of charge. I did manage to still have issues but went to the hardware store and bought a couple o-rings and have been fine for the past 3 months

BEST Wallet in the business
I have used this wallet for about 4 years and it works great. Handy, compact and out very comfortable in my front packet. The elastic band lasts for about 18 months, which when you think about how many times its put to the test, that's a petty good testament to durable design. I did happen to reach out to the company this last time the elastic band broke and they immediately sent me replacement bands for my wallet. Thanks Nite Ize!

Great Idea Bands Break
I love the idea of this wallet and after a month the band has broken. I like the wallet so much I am using my grand daughters hair ties to hold it together.

Great! but should come with more Cash Wrap™ Straps
I bought this 6 months ago, and it's a great product. No having to walk around with a bulky wallet is a win on its own, but adding useful tools to it makes it amazing. The only con I see is the Cash Wrap Strap, which is starting to show some signs of stress. It would be great if at least one more came with the product, and if you sold these as accessories.

Great Product
Great Product I bought my financial tool 3 years ago and it's going strong. The rubber band that is used to hold everything together is still holding up especially with the rubber band being expose to saltwater. It makes it easier for my to access my Drivers License and fishing and hunting licenses when I need to grab them out.
