A couple years ago I was not only put on a 2,000 ml fluid restriction per day but also a 2,000 mg restriction too..!!! Now 2,000 mg might sound like a lot at first but y'all better start checking EVERYTHING you eat. Even tomatoes 🍅 and watermelon 🍉 naturally have sodium content you are going to ingest. My solution, and will be for the rest of my life, is No Salt Substitute anytime I need its opposite chloride nasty cousin... sodium chloride (table salt). I use it on the dinner table and for cooking too. BUT I do like it states on the label in green text to consult my doctor since I also take a "potassium sparing" diuretic so I don't want to overdue a good thing too. Again, check your foods for sodium content and you will fall off your chair.

I tried it on some eggs and it had an "off" taste. It definitely did not taste like salt. All 4 of my kids tried it on a baked potato, and none of them liked it!

Why would you change the holes so it pours out and ruins your food? Even with only 2 holes set, it ruins what ever area it goes on. I've been using this forever but can't anymore with this design
