Júlia Pascual es psicóloga sanitaria, psicoterapeuta breve estratégica, hipnoterapeuta, supervisora clínica, docente, coach y madre de cuatro hijos. Además, es representante e investigadora de la Terapia Breve Estratégica de Giorgio Nardone. Hace veinte años que dirige el Centro de Psicología Júlia Pascual, donde interviene en el ámbito clínico, organizativo, escolar y deportivo tanto para adultos como niños tanto de forma presencial, en Barcelona y Madrid, como online. Es directora y docente del Centro de Formación Estratégica donde imparte diferentes cursos, conferencias y talleres sobre psicología estratégica. Es tutora de prácticas del máster general sanitario y profesora colaboradora en diferentes universidades, además de ser una reconocida divulgadora de psicología en televisión, radio, prensa y redes sociales. Participa regularmente en másteres, congresos, conferencias y cursos nacionales e internacionales.
