I 'accidentally' bought my first bottle of Nobel Vines Pinot Noir about two years ago, having reached for the one next to it in a rush. I was nicely surprised! It has a very nice flavor that has led me to buy it quite often since then. Thank you. It is nice to have such an enjoyable wine that is not overly priced. Well worth trying out if you haven't.

I found this wine in my local grocery store a couple of months ago. I drink one bottle every night. I enjoy this wine with pasta. I want to order a box of this because I bought every bottle Food Lion had. Thanks for making a great product.

Depth and character in a Pinot noir

5 out of 5 stars

This is a surprisingly deep, full pinot noir. I am pretty sure another world opened up when I drank this. I suddenly get why anyone even cared about pinot noir. I rarely drink pinot noir because I often find them to be thin, and fall flat, compared to the other big bodied reds. However, this one is phenomenal. I was seeking a flavorful, less tannic, less punch-in-the-face type red (my go to is syrah or petite syrah) and this wine delivered. My local store actually stopped carrying this and I am now on a mission to drive to find it. You won't regret this. (unless you have incompetent taste buds.)

Don't buy.

I purchased this because I like Pinot Noir and it had a good rating. I usually drink French Pinot Noir and after tasting this bottle I know why. I unscrewed the lid, allowed the wine to breathe, and poured a glass. I held the first sip in my mouth and when swallowed had a reaction "Has this wine gone bad?" Noble Vines' Pinot Noir is harsh. It has a taste as if the wine was aged in a tin can.

What's up with the screw top?

I drink only 667 because it is so smooth but why did you switch to a screw top. There isn't a cork shortage. If it is to save money why not pass the savings onto your customers.
1 reply from Noble Vines team - 3 years ago
Great question! Screw caps help maintain and preserve the quality and longevity of our wines. As an added perk, screw caps are easier to open as well.
