[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills were good. They are large and since my dog is 80 pounds recommended dose is 5 soft gels per day. Hinesly that is a bit much for us. That only give us 18 days to use and try it. Not sure I could tell much of a difference in that short of time.

The packaging is very airtight and practical, protecting the product from moisture. The omega 3 capsules are very good and effective. My pet loves them and they work very well for him. Its ingredients are excellent, since fish oil and sardines are rich sources of omega 3. The flavor is very good. My pets like it. I mix it with their food and they eat it all without problems. I initially eased them into it by adding it to their breakfast. They ate it with no problem. However, I do feel like the bigger dog has no taken to it well. He seems to be scratching and biting his fur more. I've stopped giving it to them and it seems to have abated.

He looked at me a little funny the first time I gave it to him, but he eats it so it must taste ok! I love knowing that he is getting these healthy omega 3s. Larger dogs could need a few capsules daily, which could get a bit pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been adding this oil in my dog’s food for a few weeks now and I can say that their fur has been much more shiny and they seem to enjoy their meals so much more. I have two 12lb shitzus and add one capsule per dog. I poke a hole in the gel capsule, squeeze the oil into their food and discard the gel capsule. It does not have a strong smell as some fish oils tend to have and is so easy to mix. The bottle is big and even with two dogs it’ll last me a long time.

I was so excited when @influenster and @Nordic Naturals sent me a complementary bottle of Omega 3 supplements for pets last month! In the past couple of weeks, mochi’s skin seems to be improving. One capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening is all it takes for his weight group. They can be given whole if your Doggo doesn’t mind swallowing it, or you can prick it with a pin as I do and just squeeze it on top of their food. Be sure to check it out for your favorite pup! Only request would be a chewable form (versus current capsules) to get our dog to consume easier. We added to his food but he wasn’t always a fan. We just mixed it with his favorite chicken and it was successfully administered. We're open to adding this to his diet along with his multivitamins because we know that Omega-3 has been proven to strengthen and nourish the skin as well as the joints and the immune system. If my husband and I benefit from Omega-3, then wouldn't we want our pets to benefit from them too? So far we have given it to him regularly for a few days and his body has not reacted negatively from it. We are currently observing him for the positive effects.

I have been buying this product for years. Although the product is good, without the previous built in dropper I will no longer buy. More difficult clean and store, and higher risk of product contamination. Why would you change something that worked so well? I wish I had known about the change before I wasted my money.
