As someone who has been sensitive to fish oil my whole life, I was skeptical that these wouldn’t produce fish burps. I’m happy to report that as promise, there are no issues! They’re small and easy to swallow, and I’m excited to finally be in the Omega club!

Just started taking these and no stomach upset, burps, or after taste. Nordic mini soft gels are larger than the Vitamin D ones but still easy to swallow. These are great!

I started back on the Omega 3 as recommended by my eye doctor. Although the Ultimate Omega is smaller, I don’t like the strawberry taste that I burb up. I take only one of the Ultimate. I wish the regular Omega came in a mini as well. I think I also would like the lemon taste much better. The regular Omega is a gigantic pill that is impossible to swallow.

These are absolutely the only Omega supplements I have found that do not upset my stomach or cause unpleasant burps! I’ve only been taking them for a few weeks but feel great so far. I have come back to stock up and subscribe so I am never without these!

Love the size! These are super easy to swallow. No fishy taste or odor, but no overwhelming strawberry taste either (I can barely taste anything when I take them). I included a picture for size reference.

I had to start taking fish oil for health reasons and kept struggling with taking the recommended doses since most of the over counter options are giant soft gels that leave you with a horrible fishy aftertaste or fish burps. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these were smaller, smelled great (no fish smell) and did not cause any after taste or fish burps. Needless to say, this is the only fish oil I'll be consuming from now on. Thanks for making a great product Nordic Naturals :)

I purchased your pills since my husbands has a problem swallowing pills. The size might have worked, but they were not soft like most gel capsules and got stuck in throat causing him to almost throw up to get it down.

I purchased this product after researching ingredients and sourcing. Then when I read these were mini capsules I was sold. They were not as small I was led to believe. I passed them onto my husband so therefore not a complete waste if money.
