Q: Two questions. Do you have to cut the bag for the tips? What is the best way to wash this since it is cloth?

A: The tips on the piping bags will need to be cut to size for the decorating tip being used. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. -Nordic Ware Customer Experience

All-in-one decorating kit using icing or frosting
I use this all-in-one kit for decorating cookies, cakes, cupcakes, It is quite easy to use. I have always been a terrible baker and I just started learning how to decorate. So, if I can do this, any one who wants to try can. There is one reusable bag with 4 different kinds of tips. The coupler that attaches over the tips makes decorating with different colors and tips easy to use.
