Nordic Ware Cardamom® 7" x 11" Rectangular Baker

Construction: Made from cast aluminum, the Nordic Ware Cardamom 7 by 11 Inch Rectangular Baker distributes heat evenly across the baking surface. This versatile baking dish is suitable for cakes, brownies, casseroles, roasted vegetables, and other sweet or savory recipes. Its cast aluminum construction supports even browning for everyday baking and cooking.
Nonstick Performance: A double layer ceramic nonstick coating helps baked goods and other recipes release easily from the pan. The smooth nonstick interior helps simplify cleanup after baking or roasting. For cakes and brownies, a light coating of butter or cooking oil helps prepare the surface for baking.
Intricate Design: With a 9 cup capacity, this 7 by 11 inch rectangular baker provides space for desserts, side dishes, casseroles, and baked meals. Sculpted exterior detailing adds texture to the Scandinavian inspired design, while integrated handles provide a convenient grip when moving the baker from the oven to the table. The green exterior adds color to this everyday bakeware and serving piece.
Care Instructions: Oven safe to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat the ceramic nonstick surface with butter or cooking oil before use. When baking cakes or brownies, grease and flour the pan as needed for the recipe. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or nonstick safe brush. Use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to help protect the nonstick coating.
